** CCF requests that ATF's charge the Device Vendor a one time, $1000 use fee when executing any testing, on a single product, that uses CCF Intellectual Property when no CCF certification has been requested or achieved. The $1000 fee is a one time fee per device, regardless of how many CCF test plans are used or how many ATF's participate in the device testing. Cabled IOT labs running the CCF-57 test plan will not be required to charge this fee, as the terminal vendor would have already been charged this fee for doing the pre-requisite testing for entrance into Level 1 or Level 2 cabled IOT endorsement. Note 1: If the device achieves CCF certification, this fee will not be charged. Note 2: ATFs who execute testing using non-CCF owned test plans would not be required to charge or pay the $1000 fee. |
